Important, please note: You may cancel a registration at any time; however, refunds are made ONLY in accordance with the guidelines below.

This refunds, transfers, and substitutions policy applies to all registrations for Webinar courses.
Please see below for Classroom/Webinar and CE Classes course policies.

To cancel or modify a Webinar or CE Classes and/or course, email us at education@surety3.net.

Refunds for Webinar Cancellations by Students:

100% of the webinar registration fee will be refunded if notification of the cancellation is received by NSA at least 2 - 5 business days prior to the webinar, minus $100 non- refundable registration fee.


Students who cancel after 2 day, 50% of the webinar registration fee will be refunded if notification of the cancellation is received by NSA.

No refund can be made if notification of a webinar cancellation is received within 24 hours of class start time or the day of the webinar class. Only Student credit will be given.


No refund can be made for webinar no-shows. Only Student credit will be given.

Transfers (Transferring your class Registration to a Different NSA webinar class):

You may transfer your NSA webinar registration to a different scheduled NSA class of the same webinar, or to a scheduled NSA course of the same name, if space is available and notice of transfer is received by NSA at least 5 business days prior to the webinar for which you are scheduled.

Transfers and Substitutions for the NSA Classroom/Webinar and CE Classes or course:
Student's may not Transfers and/or substitutions NSA Classroom / Webinar and CE course to another non-NSA class, course, or school.

You may not send a substitute to take your place in a webinar class.

If notice of substitution is received by NSA at least 5 business days prior to the webinar, however, no refund will be made for a related cancellation of a registration already held by the substitute.

NSA Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that NSA cancels a webinar course, NSA, sole responsibility will be to refund the amount paid or reschedule, at NSA’s discretion. NSA assumes no responsibility for other losses or expenses.

 

Second-Chance for STUDENT'S who for any reason could not finish the Webinar or CE Classes and/or course or failed the Webinar or CE Classes and/or course. You have a one year credit to retake the course for free. Instructors, supervising instructors and/or Administrator shall have the authority to deny credit or retake Class or retake test to any Student, at NSA’s discretion
