Surety 3 General Agency today announced their entrance into the immigration bond industry.
This new venture will be managed
by Rod Dowston, who has joined Surety 3 as a Agent’s Rep. and manager of Bail Bond and Immigration Division. As an agent and formerGeneral Manager and former Co-Owner and founding partner of NINPO SURETY in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Dowston comes to Surety 3 with
over 20 years of bail industry experience and will lead the new division in its commitment to the advancement and success of the surety
bail bond industry.
Palmetto Surety is Proud to Introduce a new Bill in South Carolina
Palmetto Surety is working diligently to protect the bail industry. We feel this bill is necessary to establish the groundwork and integrity of commercial bail. Defendants should not be the ones negotiating rates.
Palmetto Surety understands the frustration of its agents and the need to not just talk about the issues but take the lead and protect the future of commercial bail. This is one of many bills in several states we hope to get introduced over the next year.

Palmetto Surety and Instant Powers
Each October, Surety 3 General Agency and its employees work to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research through the Surety 3 Pink campaign. It’s an important cause that has affected many of our friends and family members who have either battled cancer or have taken care of loved ones who have been diagnosed with the disease.
