You must supply the following documentation before gaining a contract:

The Bail Bond Application and New Agent Appointing Form PDF, which can be downloaded and completed directly on the computer and then printed, or printed first and completed by hand. In either event ALL ORIGINALS MUST BE MAILED, please sign and attach the requested documents.

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID and a bail agent, producer or surety agent license .

Return the completed package using one of the following methods:

                                           

 1. Scan and email to: Licensing@surety3.net

   PDF is our preferred format if your system provides a choice.

 

2.  Deliver in person at the

US Postal Service  or other delivery methods

We would prefer that you do not send your photo ID by fax. Unfortunately, faxing does not yield a clear image of your ID. Perhaps the easiest alternatives would be to scan your ID, or to take a picture of your ID with your cell phone or digital camera. You can then email the scan or photo to us at Licensing@surety3.net Your privacy is our top concern, and your photo ID is kept private.
